Ky-Mani and Praswell (Fugees), collaborated on a classic cover of Eddy Grant's "Electric Avenue". The depth of his fame was clearly evident in the moment Ky-Mani performed at Midem (international festival of music) which was staged at Miami to the first time. Ky-Mani entertained an audience from all over the world at the Cameo Theatre. The set was broadcast live on CANA (Caribbean News Agency) and broadcast to more than 36 countries. Ky-Mani has started working on his sixth album. The album will showcase his personal growth and highlight the duality of his life. This album is modern as well as deeply rooted in reggae music and hip-hop culture. The album is expected to offer a refreshing departure from the typical synth pop that is associated with the music genre. Instead, it will be a representation of authentic urban reggae and hip-hop blend. The new single "New Heights" has been released on March 3rd of 2011.
