Colson Kelly (aka Machine Gun Kelly) is a rapper who is known for his unique style. Baker was born to a English Scottish German family in Houston Texas U.S.A. in April 22, 1991. His parents were missionaries, and during his initial years they traveled extensively with them. James Colson Baker, his father, was depressed and was unemployed. Her mother Sonia Alane had left him as he was nine. Then, Baker along with his father moved to Denver where they lived with his aunt, who was his father's. Baker was bullied by other children because of his lack of wealth. In sixth grade, he began to listen to rap. Colson Baker, better known by the name Machine Gun Kelly, was born in Texas on April 22, 1990. With his music, he is well known for blending hip-hop trends of the present and rock. Baker has released four mixtapes between 2007 and 2010 before signing with Bad Boy Records. In the wake of delivering his lyrics faster than bullet trains the Cleveland rapper experienced a swift climb to fame in the year. He went from releasing self-released tapes before signing with labels. From there his career skyrocketed with each of his albums ranking within the top 10.
